Tiny Harbor Town

Tiny Harbor Town is comfort gaming. You start with a single dock and slowly build up shops, houses and fishing routes, watching little residents shuffle about their day. There's no energy meter forcing you to wait, which is rarer than it should be.

Management stays light. You balance a small budget and keep townsfolk happy, but the game never buries you in spreadsheets. Tapping a building to upgrade it gives a nice little animation and a bump in production, and that loop is quietly addictive.

Since it's fully offline, I ended up playing it during a week with no home internet and never felt cut off from anything. It's the sort of game you leave installed for months and dip into whenever you want something calm.
